"EXCEPTIONAL STEAK"
A truly dated location, made up for by the extremely friendly staff. Excellent house wine, good appetizer, too. I especially loved the pancetta and buffalo mozzarella roll... Perhaps a little pricey for the portion; we followed with a fillet steak, which was delicious. It's quite expensive, but well worth the money. The meat was excellent, flavorful, and incredibly tender, cooked as befits a true Florentine steak—rare! I was a little disappointed by the side dishes; in this area and in this weather, I expected to find fresh porcini mushrooms, but no, only sautéed ones were available, and even the broccoli, while good, didn't seem fresh. There was also a small surprise with the wine: it was €8 on the menu, but the total bill was €9. I think the price was excessive for the location and the setting. However, the steak was so good that I think it deserves a good rating, although many aspects could be improved.
"MAGNIFICENT, FABULOUS"
Excellent restaurant, fabulous setting, located in one of the many legendary Tuscan landscapes. Getting there was easy, 10 km from the Barberino highway exit.
We went to the restaurant with the intention of enjoying a fabulous Chianina beef. The meat was delicious, melting in the mouth. As an appetizer, we enjoyed excellent cured meats, paired with a good Tuscan wine. We then finished with a vast assortment of desserts (the chocolate panna cotta and walnut parfait were superb). Everything was meticulously crafted, from the locally crafted knives, to the cooking of the meat, to the seasoning, to the hot plates served with the meat (those are what make the difference). In short, everything was accompanied by the cheerful, friendly, and welcoming nature of the husband and wife owners. We will definitely be back. A unique experience.
"IF YOU TRY IT YOU WILL COME BACK"
When you're in the Mugello area, you can't miss Bronco. I've never had such a delicious Florentine steak anywhere else. I highly recommend it. A family-run restaurant, with friendly, attentive service. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food served.

"HOMEMADE FOOD, EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY"
The restaurant is located just a short distance from Scarperia (walking distance from the town center). Its beautifully appointed interior offers a typically Tuscan menu with a touch of Calabrian influence. I visited with my family on a pleasure trip; my parents are regular customers. I ate my fill: the food was excellent, the wine excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful, very quiet and simple. Even though it coincided with an event taking place in the adjacent room, our orders were fulfilled promptly without compromising on the quality of the food and service. The owners are very friendly and know how to make their guests feel at ease. With adjacent parking, the restaurant offers an excellent view of a fantastic, typically Tuscan panorama.
"EXCELLENT RISOTTOS AND FISH BY RESERVATION"
The restaurant is an old rustic farmhouse with a lovely outdoor terrace in the summer. Their specialty is their truly excellent and refined risottos, but overall, all the dishes on the menu are good quality, including the pizza. Reservations are required for seafood lunches and dinners, and I must say I've never found a seafood restaurant with such high quality in Mugello.
For fish lunches, you can spend between 40 and 50 euros (depending on the types of wines selected and obviously on the number of bottles consumed), for a classic lunch the price can vary between 30 and 40 euros.
"MUST TRY"
I've been there several times, always excellent quality food and traditional cuisine, excellent wines, and a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend everyone try the Florentine steak at least once.
The table near the panoramic window is very special.
Also recommended for motorcyclists as it is located on the Giogo Pass road and practically at the entrance to the Mugello circuit.

"TO SCARPERIA WITH THE FAMILY"
I had the pleasure of eating at this fantastic restaurant in Mugello for my office's Christmas lunch. What can I say? Everything was absolutely wonderful!
The appetizers were delicious and generous. But the juniper-seasoned steak was the best! All topped off with excellent wine and a special, family-like atmosphere! Giovanna and Maurizio are wonderful people! Thanks again for everything! See you soon, Silvia.

A very down-to-earth little restaurant, the owners are very helpful with everything, without being intrusive like they often are in small towns. The food (which reminded me of my grandmother's flavors) is highly recommended.
